Seradic-P Tablet is used for managing the following health conditions:

• Pain and inflammation related to musculoskeletal disorders, such as back pain, joint pain, and arthritis.

• Dental discomfort including toothaches.

• Discomfort in the ear and throat region.

• Period pains and menstrual cramps.

• Post-operative pain and associated inflammation.

Here is how you should take Seradic-P Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Always take this medicine with food to reduce the risk of stomach-related side effects.

• Do not crush or chew the tablet.

• It's essential not to take more than the advised dose without speaking to your doctor first.

• Never stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor.

Seradic-P Tablet is taken orally.

The Seradic-P Tablet contains three active ingredients which work together to provide relief from pain and inflammation:

• Diclofenac (50 mg): As a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), diclofenac works by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins. Prostaglandins are chemicals that cause pain, inflammation, and fever in the body. By reducing prostaglandin synthesis, diclofenac helps alleviate these symptoms.

• Paracetamol (325 mg): Known as an antipyretic (fever reducer) and analgesic (pain reliever), paracetamol works by blocking certain chemical messengers in the brain that signal pain and regulate body temperature.

• Serratiopeptidase (15 mg): This is an enzyme derived from silkworms that exhibits anti-inflammatory properties. It breaks down abnormal proteins that build up at the site of inflammation, thereby promoting healing and reducing swelling.

• Store your Seradic-P Tablets in a cool, dry place, ideally at room temperature around 25 degrees Celsius.

• Keep the medicine away from direct sunlight and excessive moisture.
