Sitazit M Er 1000 Tablet 10 contains two active ingredients:

• Metformin (1000 mg): As a member of the biguanide class of antidiabetic medicines, Metformin primarily works by reducing the production of glucose in your liver, decreasing intestinal glucose absorption, and improving insulin sensitivity in your body.
