A lower dose of insulin or insulin secretagogue may be required to avoid this.

• Heart medications: Monitoring is recommended when ST-gliptin Dapa Tablet is used with heart medications like digoxin, as it may alter the effects of these medicines.

ST-gliptin Dapa Tablet interacts with the following diseases:

• Pancreatitis: Patients with a history of pancreatitis should use ST-gliptin Dapa Tablet with caution as it may exacerbate their condition.

• Diabetic ketoacidosis: This medicine should be used cautiously in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis, a serious diabetes complication where the body produces excess blood acids (ketones).
