Stomafit Syrup 100ml

Stomafit Liquid is used for managing the following conditions:

• Hyperacidity: This is a condition where there is excessive acid in the stomach.

• Gastritis: Inflammation, irritation, or erosion of the lining of the stomach

• Constipation: Difficulties in passing stools

• Diarrhoea: Frequent loose or watery bowel movements

• Gas and Bloating: Excessive gas formation in the gut causes discomfort.

• Heartburn and Nausea: A burning sensation in the chest with a feeling of sickness

• Dysentery: Infection of the intestines resulting in severe diarrhoea

• Indigestion: Problems digesting food leading to discomfort in the stomach or chest

• Gastric-related Chest Pain: Pain in the chest due to stomach issues

Administer Stomafit Liquid as follows:

• Shake the bottle well before use.

• Measure your dose using a spoon or cup. 

• This medicine is sugar-based, so if you have diabetes, consult your doctor before taking it.

• Remember to keep the bottle well-capped after use.

Stomafit Liquid is a combination of several active ingredients that work together to bring relief from various stomach ailments:

• Liquor Bismuth Ammonium Citrate (2.5 ml): This compound aids in reducing inflammation and killing bacteria in the stomach and intestines. It's effective in managing symptoms like diarrhoea, nausea, heartburn, indigestion, and an upset stomach.

• Belladonna Dry Extract (9 mg): This plant-based ingredient helps reduce stomach acid and muscle spasms in the gut. It slows down an overactive gut and reduces stomach and intestinal secretions.

• Thymol (0.15 mg): A constituent of thyme essential oil, thymol helps fight oral bacteria that can cause bad breath and mouth sores. It also soothes the stomach and reduces gastrointestinal discomfort and spasms.

• Menthol (0.2 mg): Known for its cooling properties, menthol provides soothing relief to the stomach lining. It helps manage indigestion, nausea, and vomiting by acting as a mild local anaesthetic that blocks pain signals.

• Store Stomafit Liquid in a cool, dry place where the temperature is below 25 °C.

• Make sure it's kept away from direct sunlight and moisture.

• Use Stomafit Liquid before its expiry date.

• Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fibre to help manage constipation and diarrhoea effectively. Foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains are good sources of fibre.

• Regular exercise can help improve digestion and reduce symptoms of hyperacidity and bloating. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate activity most days of the week.
