Tamsukem D Tablet is used for managing the following health conditions:

• Symptomatic benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in men with enlarged prostate glands.

• Reduction of the risks of acute urinary retention associated with BPH.

• Lowering the chance of needing surgery related to BPH.

To ensure Tamsukem D Tablet works effectively, follow these steps:

• Take one tablet orally once daily, roughly half an hour after the same meal each day.

• Swallow the whole tablet without chewing, crushing, or opening it. Contact with the contents may irritate your mouth and throat.

Tamsukem D Tablet is a potent formulation that contains two active ingredients:

• Tamsulosin (0.4 Mg): Classified as an alpha-adrenergic blocker, tamsulosin works by relaxing the smooth muscles in your prostate and bladder neck. This action improves urine flow and decreases BPH symptoms like difficulty starting urination, weak urine stream, and frequent or urgent need to urinate.

• Dutasteride (0.5 Mg): As a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor, dutasteride works by blocking the conversion of testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (DHT) in your body. Reduced levels of DHT lead to a shrinking of the enlarged prostate, effectively improving BPH symptoms.

• Keep Tamsukem D Tablet at room temperature, ideally around 25°C.
