• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush or chew the tablet before consuming it.

• Elemental Calcium (500 mg): This component contributes to the maintenance of strong bones and teeth. It also plays a crucial role in muscular contraction, nerve signalling, and blood clotting.

• L-Methylfolate Calcium (1 mg): This is the biologically active form of folate which is vital for DNA synthesis and the production of red blood cells. It's particularly important during pregnancy as it helps prevent neural tube defects in developing babies.

• Methylcobalamin (1.5 mg): This is the active form of vitamin B12 which is essential for the formation of red blood cells. Additionally, it supports neurological function and plays a part in DNA synthesis.

• Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate (20 mg): An active form of vitamin B6 involved in many enzymatic reactions related to protein metabolism and neurotransmitter synthesis, contributing to normal nervous system function.

• Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) (2000 IU): This vitamin promotes the absorption of calcium in the gut and maintains adequate serum calcium and phosphate levels, thereby supporting bone mineralisation.

• Store Tayo-M Tablet in a dry and dark place, away from direct sunlight.

• Maintain an ideal temperature between 10°C and 25°C.

• Keep the medicine out of reach of children.
