Tellzy-AM Tablet Interacts with the Following Medicines:

• Potassium Supplements or Potassium-Sparing Diuretics: These medicines can increase the potassium levels in your blood when taken with Tellzy-AM Tablet, which could lead to hyperkalaemia (high potassium levels).
• Lithium: This medicine’s level may increase when used with Tellzy-AM Tablet, potentially leading to increased lithium toxicity.
• Simvastatin: When combined with Tellzy-AM Tablet, the risk of muscle damage may be heightened.
• Digoxin: This heart medication's level can be raised when used alongside Tellzy-AM Tablet, potentially increasing its side effects.

Tellzy-AM Tablet does not have any known specific food interactions. You can take it with or without food.

Tellzy-AM Tablet Interacts with the Following Diseases:

• Liver Disease: If you have severe liver problems, taking Tellzy-AM Tablet could exacerbate your condition.
• Renal Impairment: The medicine should be used cautiously if you have severe kidney disease as it could affect kidney function further.
• Heart Conditions: In case of heart diseases like aortic or mitral valve stenosis or cardiac output disorders, caution is advised when using this medicine.

The daily dose of Tellzy-AM Tablet should be managed as per your doctor's advice. If you accidentally take more than the prescribed dose of Tellzy-AM Tablet, you could experience symptoms like severe dizziness and fainting due to extremely low blood pressure. If any symptoms persist or worsen, do inform your doctor.

In case you forget to take your regular dose of Tellzy-AM Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. But if it's nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed one and continue with your regular schedule. Never increase your dosage without discussing it with your doctor.
