Termispaz D 80/100 MG Tablet 10 is used for managing the following conditions:

• Abdominal pain and cramps linked to various gastrointestinal disorders

• Drotaverine (80 mg): Drotaverine is an antispasmodic agent that works on the smooth muscles of your gastrointestinal tract as well as other areas like the biliary and urinary tracts. This is achieved by blocking an enzyme called phosphodiesterase-IV which usually breaks down cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP). Increasing cAMP levels helps relax these smooth muscles and relieves spasms, effectively decreasing abdominal pain and cramps.

• Aceclofenac (100 mg): This NSAID acts by blocking the cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, especially COX-2.
