• Antidepressants: When taken with Thioact 4 Capsule 10, the central nervous system depressant effects of antidepressants like amitriptyline may be amplified, leading to increased sedation or a greater risk of side effects such as confusion or impaired motor coordination.

• Antipsychotics: Thioact 4 Capsule 10 may potentiate the sedative and CNS depressant effects of antipsychotics like risperidone, potentially causing more pronounced drowsiness and dizziness.

• Antihistamines: Thioact 4 Capsule 10 can enhance the sedative effect of antihistamines like cetirizine or diphenhydramine.

• Generalised muscle weakness or flaccid paralysis: This medicine should be used cautiously as it could worsen muscular weakness.

• Myasthenia Gravis: Thioact 4 Capsule 10 may worsen muscle fatigue in people with this condition.

• Severe respiratory depression: As this medicine can cause drowsiness and fatigue, it may worsen breathing difficulties in patients with severe respiratory depression.

• Acute cerebrovascular injuries or spinal cord trauma: The medicine should be used with caution in these conditions due to the potential risk of increased muscle weakness.
