Torvastat-MR Tablet is used for:

• Managing symptoms of angina pectoris: Angina pectoris, commonly known as angina, is a condition characterised by chest pain due to inadequate blood and oxygen supply to the heart.

Here's how you should take Torvastat-MR Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet as a whole with a glass of water. Avoid chewing or crushing it.

• Take your medicine during meals, in the morning and evening.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.

• Do not abruptly stop taking this medicine. If you need to stop, always consult your doctor first.

• Remember to take your medicine at the same time each day to maintain consistent levels in your body.

Torvastat-MR Tablet is taken orally.

Torvastat-MR Tablet contains trimetazidine (35 mg), which impacts your body in the following ways:
