Uphold Tablet is designed to help adult men with premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation occurs when a man ejaculates too quickly during sexual activity, leading to frustration and a lack of confidence. This medicine effectively prolongs the duration of ejaculation and improves control,

• Premature ejaculation: It helps prolong ejaculation, improves control and reduces frustration, thus allowing for a more satisfying sexual experience.

To use Uphold Tablet correctly, follow these steps:

• Take one tablet with water, either with or without food.
• Swallow the tablet whole; do not chew, crush, or break it.
• Take the tablet 1 to 3 hours before engaging in sexual activity.
• Do not exceed one tablet per day.

Uphold Tablet should be taken orally, which means they should be swallowed with water.

Uphold Tablet contains two active ingredients: tadalafil and dapoxetine.

• Tadalafil functions as a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitor. It promotes increased blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, helping men achieve and maintain an erection.
• Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). It enhances serotonin levels in nerves, leading to better control over ejaculation and delayed ejaculation.
