Venusmin Tablet 10

Micronised Venusmin 300 Tablet is used for the management of the following conditions:

• Varicose veins, which are enlarged, twisted, and painful veins in the legs

• Piles or haemorrhoids, which are swollen and inflamed veins in the rectum and anus

• Lymphoedema, a condition characterised by swelling in arms or legs due to a blockage in the lymphatic system

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush or chew the tablet.

• The medicine should be taken at a fixed time each day to maintain a consistent level in the body.

• Take the medicine in the dosage and frequency prescribed by your doctor.

Micronised Venusmin 300 Tablet is taken orally.

Micronised Venusmin 300 Tablet contains diosmin (300 mg) as the active ingredient. It works in the human body in the following manner:

• Diosmin blocks certain chemical messengers known as prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) and thromboxane A2 (TxA2) that cause inflammation and swelling of the veins.

• By inhibiting these messengers, diosmin effectively improves blood circulation within the veins, restoring their normal function.

• Store Micronised Venusmin 300 Tablet at a cool, dry place, ideally at room temperature (below 30°C).

• Keep it away from excess heat and direct sunlight.

• The medicine should not be exposed to moisture.

• Always make sure it's out of reach of children.

• Don't forget to check the expiry date before use; expired medicines can be harmful.

• Adding high-fibre foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains to your diet can help manage constipation, thus reducing strain on the affected veins and managing piles.
