Vertigon D Tablet 10 contains two active ingredients:

• Cinnarizine (20 mg): This component is a calcium channel blocker. It prevents calcium from entering the inner ear cells, which relaxes and widens blood vessels, improving circulation in the inner ear. Better blood flow helps reduce symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, and vomiting related to motion sickness and vertigo.

• Dimenhydrinate (40 mg): This ingredient is an antihistamine that blocks histamine action. Histamine is a chemical messenger involved in causing symptoms of motion sickness.
