• Anthelmintic: When taken simultaneously with praziquantel, an anthelmintic drug, there is an increased risk of liver toxicity. Therefore, the simultaneous use of these drugs should be avoided or monitored closely.
• Corticosteroid: The simultaneous use of corticosteroids, such as dexamethasone and albendazole, may increase the risk of central nervous system toxicity, like seizures. Therefore, the use of these drugs together should be avoided, or their use should be monitored closely.
• Antacid: Simultaneous use of cimetidine, an antacid, with albendazole may reduce albendazole absorptione. Therefore, it is recommended to separate the administration of these drugs by at least two hours.
• Anti-asthma: The simultaneous use of theophylline, an anti-asthma drug, and albendazole may increase the serum levels of theophylline, leading to toxicity. Therefore, the use of these drugs together should be avoided, or their use should be monitored closely.

• Neurological disorder: Zentel 400 mg tablet may cause neurological side effects like headache, dizziness, and seizures. Patients with a history of neurological disorders, such as epilepsy or seizures, should use Zentel 400 mg tablet carefully.
• Kidney dysfunction: Zentel 400 mg tablet is eliminated from the body through the kidneys. While taking Zentel 400 mg tablet, patients with kidney disorders should be closely observed.
