Medicines that prolong the QT interval, like antiarrhythmics such as quinidine, can lengthen the QT interval in your heart rhythm. When combined with Zofer Syrup, this could potentially lead to serious heart problems.

Grapefruit juice: Drinking grapefruit juice while taking Zofer Syrup may increase the amount of the medication in your body, potentially leading to more side effects.
