Zospar 100 MG Tablet 6 contains Sparfloxacin (100 mg) which acts on the body in the following ways:

• DNA Gyrase Inhibition: Sparfloxacin blocks an enzyme known as DNA gyrase present in bacteria. This enzyme plays a vital role in the replication and repair of bacterial DNA.

• Topoisomerase IV Inhibition: In addition to DNA gyrase, Sparfloxacin also inhibits another enzyme called topoisomerase IV which is responsible for separating replicated DNA strands. Both these processes are crucial for bacterial growth and multiplication.
