Dologel is used to relieve pain, irritation, and discomfort caused by mouth ulcers, sore gums, and minor inflammation inside the mouth. It works locally on the affected area to provide soothing relief and reduce the discomfort associated with oral sores. The gel may make eating, drinking, and speaking more comfortable while the affected tissues recover naturally. It can also help provide temporary relief from irritation caused by minor gum problems and other painful areas inside the mouth. Apply Dologel to the affected area as directed by your doctor or dentist, and consult a healthcare professional if the symptoms persist or the ulcers occur frequently.

• Choline Salicylate Solution B.P. (Equivalent to Choline Salicylate 8.70% w/w): Choline salicylate has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties that may reduce local pain, soreness and inflammation in the mouth. It helps manage discomfort associated with mouth ulcers, sore gums and denture-related irritation.
   
• Benzalkonium Chloride Solution (0.01% w/w): Benzalkonium chloride has antiseptic properties that may help maintain oral hygiene by reducing microorganisms in the applied area. It supports a cleaner environment around irritated areas of the mouth.
   
• Lignocaine Hydrochloride (2.00% w/w): Lignocaine hydrochloride is a local anaesthetic that might temporarily reduce sensation at the application site by decreasing the transmission of pain signals through the nerves. It helps provide local numbness and manage pain and discomfort in the affected area.
   
• Other Ingredients: In a Flavoured Jelly Base: q.s.

• Manages Mouth Ulcer Discomfort: Dologel contains Choline salicylate, which has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce local pain, soreness and inflammation, while lignocaine temporarily numbs the affected area.
   
• Reduces Gum Soreness: Choline salicylate in Dologel may manage local inflammation and gum soreness, while lignocaine may reduce nerve signal transmission to lessen discomfort at the application site.
   
• Manages Denture-Related Irritation: The gel acts locally on irritated oral tissues, with choline salicylate helping reduce soreness and inflammation and lignocaine providing temporary local numbness.
   
• Reduces Local Oral Inflammation: Choline salicylate has anti-inflammatory activity that may help manage redness, swelling, and soreness in irritated areas of the mouth.
   
• Provides Local Numbing: Lignocaine hydrochloride acts as a local anaesthetic by temporarily reducing nerve signal transmission, which decreases sensation and helps manage pain at the applied area.

• Apply sufficiently over the affected area with a clean index finger; stuff the cavity with a soaked cotton swab or as directed by the physician.

• Store below 30°C. Protect from light.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not swallow.
• For dental use only.
• Tear the protective ring and then tighten the cap; the spike in the cap will pierce the tip of the vial.
• Dispense drops with gentle pressure; replace the cap after use.
