Myelogen Forte Capsule is used for the following:

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.

• Benfotiamine (100 mg): A fat-soluble form of vitamin B1 that reduces diabetic complications by blocking harmful metabolic pathways and supporting healthy nerve function.

• Folic Acid (1.5 mg): This is Vitamin B9 which is essential for DNA synthesis, red blood cell formation, and proper nerve function. It lowers homocysteine levels which can damage blood vessels and nerves.
