Sensodent K Dental Cream 100gm

• Relief from tooth sensitivity: Sensodent-K is specifically formulated to relieve tooth sensitivity. It helps reduce sensitivity to hot, cold, or sweet substances, common triggers for dental pain.

• To use the paste, place a 1-inch strip onto a toothbrush with soft bristles.
• Brush teeth thoroughly for at least a minute.
• Brush all sensitive areas of the teeth.
• After use, rinse your mouth with water and then spit out the rinse water.
• Do not swallow the paste.

Sensodent-K Dental Cream is intended for dental application. It should not be ingested orally or administered through any other route.

The medicinal activity of potassium nitrate in Sensodent-K paste is its de-sensitizing effect on the teeth. Potassium nitrate blocks the nerve endings in the teeth, reducing tooth sensitivity.

It works by diffusing through the dentin and blocking the microscopic tubules within it. These tubules connect to the nerves inside the tooth. Potassium nitrate blocks these tubules so that the nerve endings do not receive the sensation of hot and cold.

• Store Sensodent-K Dental Cream below 30 ºC.
• Protect it from heat.
• Keep the paste away from children.
• Do not use the paste after the expiry date has passed.

• Avoid acidic foods and beverages such as citrus fruits, tomatoes, carbonated drinks, and fruit juices. It can contribute to tooth enamel erosion and increase tooth sensitivity.
• Avoid sugary and sticky foods. It can promote tooth decay and contribute to sensitivity. 
• Reduce your consumption of candies and sugary snacks.
• Use a soft-bristled toothbrush. It can prevent further enamel wear and reduce tooth sensitivity. 
• Brush gently using a circular motion, and avoid aggressive scrubbing.
• Floss your teeth after brushing to maintain good oral hygiene. It can prevent gum recession, tooth decay, and other dental issues.
• Plan regular dental check-ups to maintain good oral health and manage tooth sensitivity.
