• Caraway Oil: Caraway oil helps in digestion by relieving spasms in the stomach and intestines, reducing bloating and enhancing overall gut function. It may also promote the secretion of digestive enzymes for improved nutrient absorption.
   
• Cardamom Oil: It works as a natural appetite stimulant and provides antibacterial and antiseptic benefits to help support digestive health. It may also assist in soothing indigestion and nausea and providing relief from gastrointestinal discomfort.
   
• Cinnamon Oil: It possesses anti-inflammatory and antiflatulent properties, which may help reduce stomach discomfort and gas. It also helps support gut health by promoting a balanced gut microbiome and reducing digestive irritation.
