• Clobetasol Propionate + Itraconazole + Ofloxacin + Ornidazole is available for use via topical route in the form of a cream.

Age and Dose Restrictions

• This medicine is meant for adults and children above 12 years of age. It is not advisable for use in children under 12 years.

Contraindications

• The use of Clobetasol Propionate + Itraconazole + Ofloxacin + Ornidazole is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any component of the medication, individuals having viral skin infections like herpes simplex and varicella, tuberculosis of the skin, or in fungal infections caused by non-susceptible species.

Other Medications to Avoid

• Clobetasol Propionate + Itraconazole + Ofloxacin + Ornidazole can interact with oral anticoagulants (such as warfarin, heparin) and oral hypoglycemic agents (like metformin, glipizide).
• This medication may also interact with statins (for example, atorvastatin, simvastatin), calcium channel blockers (like amlodipine, diltiazem), immunosuppressants (for instance, cyclosporine, tacrolimus), and antacids or multivitamins containing zinc, magnesium, or calcium.

Overdose and Missed Dose

• An overdose of this medication may cause severe skin irritation. If you suspect an overdose, it's important to inform your doctor immediately.
• In case you forget to apply this cream, apply it as soon as you remember. However, if it's close to the time of your next application, skip the missed dose and go back to your usual schedule.

Management of Side Effects

Most side effects are temporary and generally harmless and resolve when discontinuing this medicine. However, if you experience any severe side effects or worsening of any of the symptoms, please consult your doctor.

• Drink plenty of fluids to manage a possible dry mouth or dry skin.
