Telma-AM H 40 Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure in adults, usually when one or two medicines have not controlled it well enough. Better control lowers the risk of heart attack, stroke and kidney damage.
It contains telmisartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker, amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker, and hydrochlorothiazide, a diuretic. Together they relax the blood vessels and help the body remove excess salt and water.
Take it exactly as prescribed, and keep taking it even when you feel well. Reducing salt and staying active support control.
Do not use it in pregnancy. Tell your doctor about any kidney or liver problems, gout or diabetes before use. Your doctor may check your kidney function and potassium. Report marked dizziness, fainting or muscle cramps.
