Aceclo-Sera Tablet is a combination medicine used to relieve pain, inflammation, and swelling in painful joint and muscle conditions. It is commonly prescribed for arthritis, back pain, sports injuries, and recovery after surgery.
It contains aceclofenac, paracetamol, and serratiopeptidase. Take the tablet whole with a glass of water, ideally with or after food to help prevent stomach upset. Take it for the exact duration recommended by your doctor, and do not exceed the prescribed dose or take other paracetamol-containing medicines at the same time.
Gentle joint exercises, warm or cold compresses as advised by a physiotherapist, maintaining a healthy body weight, and adequate physical rest help protect joints and speed up recovery during treatment.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, liver or kidney problems, heart conditions, or asthma. Seek medical advice promptly if you notice signs of stomach bleeding (such as dark stools), severe indigestion, persistent vomiting, or skin rashes.
