Acegrow-3D Tablet is used for managing asthma, alleviating allergy symptoms like a runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, and watery eyes, and as an add-on therapy for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), supporting overall respiratory health.

Here is how you should take Acegrow-3D Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush or chew the tablet.

• Always take the medicine as advised by your doctor.

• Do not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor first.

Acegrow-3D Tablet is taken orally.

Acegrow-3D Tablet contains three active ingredients that work together to manage asthma and allergy symptoms:

• Acebrophylline (200 mg): Acebrophylline is a bronchodilator that relaxes the muscles in the airways, making it easier to breathe. It also possesses anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce inflammation in the airways.

• Montelukast (10 mg): Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist. Leukotrienes are substances in the body that cause inflammation, tightening of airway muscles, and production of mucus during an asthma attack. Montelukast works by blocking these substances, thus helping to control asthma symptoms.

• Fexofenadine (120 mg): Fexofenadine is an antihistamine that works by blocking the action of histamine, a substance in the body that causes allergic symptoms.
