Acimol Tablet 10

Acimol Tablet is used to manage pain and inflammation linked to rheumatoid arthritis, swelling and discomfort from osteoarthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It also relieves muscle and back pain and is effective for dental pain management, as well as ear and throat pain.

To use the Acimol Tablet correctly, follow these instructions:

• The tablet should be swallowed whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush or chew the tablet.
• Always adhere to the recommended dose as advised by your doctor.
• Never stop taking this medicine without first consulting your doctor.

Acimol Tablet is taken orally.

Acimol Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Aceclofenac (100 mg): As a member of the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) family, aceclofenac works by inhibiting an enzyme called cyclooxygenase (COX). This enzyme is involved in producing prostaglandins - substances in your body that contribute to pain, inflammation and fever. By reducing prostaglandin production, aceclofenac helps decrease pain and inflammation.
• Paracetamol (325 mg): Also categorised as an NSAID, paracetamol functions by impeding COX enzymes more in the central nervous system (your brain and spinal cord) than in other parts of your body. This action reduces the generation of prostaglandins involved in pain signalling and fever production.
• The combined effect of aceclofenac and paracetamol helps control symptoms associated with painful inflammatory conditions affecting the muscles and joints.

• Store the Acimol Tablet in a cool, dry place and dark place.
• Keep it away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Always keep this medicine out of reach and sight of children.

• If you're taking Acimol Tablet for arthritis or other joint conditions, maintain a balanced diet rich in omega-3 fats like fish, walnuts, and flaxseeds which may help reduce inflammation.
