Af Kit Tablet 4

AF-Kit Tablet is used to treat mixed vaginal infections caused by bacteria, fungi, and protozoa. It helps relieve symptoms such as abnormal vaginal discharge, foul odour, itching, and irritation.

• Swallow AF Kit medications whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush or chew the medications, as this may affect the way the medication is absorbed in the body.
• Take medications at fixed times each day to maintain a consistent level of medication. 
• Do not change your tablet dose or take them more often than prescribed.

AF Kit medications should be administered orally.

The medicine activity of the ingredients in AF Kit is as follows:

• Azithromycin: It is an antibiotic belonging to the macrolide class. It fights against bacteria by stopping their growth and preventing them from producing essential proteins needed for survival.
• Fluconazole: This medication is an antifungal agent in the class of azoles. It treats fungal infections by disrupting the formation of a key component in the fungal cell membrane, weakening and eventually killing the fungus.
• Ornidazole: Ornidazole is an antibiotic and antiprotozoal agent against bacteria and protozoa. It works against bacteria and protozoa by damaging their DNA, preventing their replication, and ultimately eliminating them from the body.

• Store this medicine at a temperature below 30 ºC.
• Protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep AF Kit away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Practice proper genital hygiene by cleaning the external genital area with mild, unscented soap and water. 
• Avoid harsh soaps, douches, or feminine hygiene sprays, as they can disrupt the natural balance of vaginal flora.
• Choose innerwear from breathable fabrics, such as cotton, to promote airflow and reduce moisture buildup. 
• Practice safe sex to reduce the risk of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and maintain a healthy vaginal environment. 
• Incorporate foods rich in probiotics into your diet. It can help promote a healthy balance of vaginal flora by supporting the growth of beneficial bacteria. 
• Avoid excessive sugar and processed foods. High sugar intake and processed foods can contribute to imbalances in the vaginal flora, making it more susceptible to infections.

• Complete the full course of AF Kit even if you start feeling better. Discontinuing the medication raises the chances of the infection recurring.
• Do not share AF Kit medications with anyone, even if they have similar symptoms to yours.
• Share your prescription medications with your doctor before taking this kit.
