Airflow 100 Capsule 30 contains two active ingredients that work together to manage respiratory conditions:

• Fluticasone Propionate (100 mcg): This synthetic corticosteroid has potent anti-inflammatory effects in the lungs. It reduces swelling and irritation in the airways, decreasing their reactivity to allergens and irritants that trigger asthma.
• Salmeterol (50 mcg): As a selective, long-acting beta-2 receptor agonist, salmeterol functions by relaxing the smooth muscles around the airways in the lungs. This action helps open up constricted airways, facilitating easier breathing. The effects of salmeterol last at least 12 hours. However, it should never be used alone in asthma patients as it does not replace a steroid and can increase the risk of asthma-related death.
