• CYP2D6 or CYP3A4 inhibitors: Medicines like fluoxetine or ketoconazole may affect the metabolism of donepezil, leading to increased levels of donepezil in the body.

• Medications that make the urine alkaline: Medicines such as acetazolamide or sodium bicarbonate may decrease the excretion of memantine, another ingredient in Alzil-M 5 Tablet, potentially increasing its levels in your body.

• NMDA antagonists: Co-administration with medicines like amantadine or dextromethorphan could lead to increased side effects from memantine.
