Amrolstar Nail Lacquer is used to treat fungal nail infections, including thickened, discolored, or brittle nails caused by dermatophytes. It works by inhibiting fungal growth and preventing its spread, helping restore healthy nail appearance with regular application.

Amrolstar Cream contains amorolfine (0.25 %). It works on your body in the following ways:

• Inhibits Essential Enzymes: Amorolfine acts by inhibiting two key enzymes involved in ergosterol biosynthesis – delta14-reductase and delta7-delta8-isomerase. These enzymes are crucial for the formation of ergosterol.

• Depletes Ergosterol: By inhibiting these enzymes, amorolfine effectively reduces the levels of ergosterol, a vital component of fungal cell membranes.

• Alters Fungal Cell Membrane: The decrease in ergosterol alters the structure and function of the fungal cell membrane.

• Increases Cell Permeability: The alteration in the cell membrane increases its permeability, leading to leakage of cellular contents which inhibits fungal growth.

• Store your Amrolstar Cream in a cool place, ideally below 30°C.
