Arbitel-AV Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Telmisartan (40 mg): This ingredient is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB). It works by blocking the binding of a hormone called angiotensin II to specific receptors in your body. These receptors are mainly found in your blood vessels and heart. By blocking these receptors, telmisartan helps your blood vessels relax and widen, which reduces your blood pressure.
