• Cardiac glycosides: Asomex-AT 5 Tablet can increase serum levels of digoxin, which may lead to an increased risk of side effects.

• Anti-diabetic agents: When taken with Asomex-AT 5 Tablet, insulin and oral hypoglycemic agents such as metformin may have an enhanced blood-glucose-lowering effect.

• NSAIDs: Medicines like ibuprofen and naproxen may reduce the blood pressure-lowering effect of Asomex-AT 5 Tablet.

• Kidney disease: In patients with impaired renal function, Asomex-AT 5 Tablet's active ingredient atenolol is primarily excreted by the kidneys so dosage adjustment may be necessary.

• Diabetes: The beta-blocker component of Asomex-AT 5 Tablet can mask signs and symptoms of hypoglycemia. Diabetic patients should monitor their blood glucose levels closely.

• Severe aortic stenosis: Patients with this condition should use S-Amlodipine, one of the active ingredients in Asomex-AT 5 Tablet, with caution as it may worsen their condition.
