Betni Injection 1ml is used to treat severe allergies and a range of inflammatory and specialist conditions.

Betni Injection 1ml contains Betamethasone (4 Mg), which performs several actions in your body:

• Phospholipase A2 Enzyme Inhibition: Betamethasone blocks the activity of an enzyme called phospholipase A2 in your body. This enzyme is involved in producing substances that cause inflammation. By blocking this enzyme, betamethasone reduces inflammation.
• Suppression of Immune Response: It suppresses the production of certain proteins (interleukins, TNF alpha, and IFN gamma) that play a role in immune response and inflammation.
• Reduction of Immune Cells at Inflammation Sites: It reduces the number of certain immune cells (lymphocytes, eosinophils, and monocytes) at sites of inflammation.
• Reduction of Vascular Permeability and Vasodilation: It reduces the leakage and dilation of blood vessels, which are common features of inflammation.
