Bro Zedex Expectorant 100ml

Bro-Zedex Syrup is used to treat a productive cough associated with asthma, bronchitis, COPD, bronchiectasis, and emphysema by reducing airway inflammation. It is also used to loosen mucus, ease breathing, and improve airflow during respiratory congestion.

• Take Bro-Zedex Syrup with water.
• Use the provided measuring cup or dropper to measure the correct dose of the syrup.
• Keep the bottle well-capped after use.
• This medicine is sugar-based and needs caution for use in diabetic patients. If you have diabetes, consult your doctor before taking this medicine.

Bro-Zedex Syrup is taken orally. 

The components of Bro-Zedex Syrup are as follows:

• Bromhexine hydrochloride (4 mg): It is a mucolytic agent which helps to break down and liquify thick mucus in the respiratory tract, making it easier to cough up and clear from the airways. It promotes more effective removal of mucus, which can provide relief from congestion and improve breathing.
• Guaifenesin (50 mg): It is an expectorant which works by loosening and thinning mucus in the airways, making it easier for the body to expel. This helps to reduce the viscosity of mucus, facilitating its clearance and relieving chest congestion, cough, and related discomfort.
• Menthol (2.5 mg): It is a cooling agent which has a soothing effect on the throat and airways. It provides a cooling sensation that can help reduce throat irritation and provide temporary relief from cough and congestion. Additionally, menthol can help open up the nasal passages, making it easier to breathe.
• Terbutaline Sulphate (1.25 mg): It is a sympathomimetic agent with selective beta-2 stimulant effect which relaxes the muscles in the airways, which helps to widen them. This action makes it easier to breathe by reducing airway constriction and increasing airflow. 

• Store Bro-Zedex Syrup at room temperature below 30℃.
• Protect the medicine from heat and light.
• Keep the syrup away from the reach of children.
• Do not use the syrup after the expiry date has passed.
