Budamate 400 Transcaps is an inhaler used for the long-term management of asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). It combines Budesonide, a corticosteroid to reduce inflammation in the airways, and Formoterol, a long-acting bronchodilator to relax airway muscles, making it easier to breathe and preventing breathing difficulties.

• Remove the cap from the lupihaler.
• Insert the Budamate 400 transcap into the Lupihaler as described in the package insert or by your pharmacist. 
• Put the mouthpiece in your mouth and take a deep breath.
• Breathe in fully to make sure the medicine reaches your lungs.
• Hold your breath for 10 seconds.
• Breathe out and, if needed, repeat the steps.

• Formoterol, the active ingredient in Budamate 400, is a bronchodilator. It helps open up the airways in the lungs. Formoterol works by stimulating specific proteins in the muscles of the airways, which helps relax them and allows more air to flow through. It makes breathing easier and helps reduce the symptoms of asthma and COPD, providing relief and preventing breathing difficulties.
• Budesonide, another active ingredient in Budamate 400, is an inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) with potent anti-inflammatory effects. It reduces inflammation in the airways and prevents the release of substances that cause inflammation. It helps to prevent and control airway inflammation. • It is important to note that this medication should be used as your doctor prescribes. • When exposed to pollutants or irritants, use appropriate protective measures, such as masks or air filters.
