Cabgolin 0.5 mg Tablet is used to treat high levels of prolactin hormone in your body. It helps suppress breast milk after childbirth or miscarriage, aids in stopping breastfeeding, and treats hormone imbalances like irregular periods. It also addresses conditions such as hyperprolactinemia and pituitary tumors in both men and women.

• Swallow Cabgolin 0.5 tablet whole with a glass of water. 
• Do not crush or chew the tablet, as this may affect the absorption of Cabgolin 0.5 tablets in the body. 
• Take the tablet at a fixed time every day. This will maintain the levels of medication in the blood. 

• Cabgolin 0.5 tablets can be taken orally.

• Cabgolin 0.5 is a dopamine agonist which stops the brain from producing and releasing the prolactin hormone from the pituitary gland. It also mimics the action of dopamine to reduce the production of prolactin in the blood, and prolactin is a hormone which stimulates breast milk production.

• Store Cabgolin 0.5 tablets below 25-30 degrees celsius.

• Do not use the medication once the expiry date has passed. 

• Avoid taking alcohol while you are on Cabgolin 0.5 medication course. This may make you feel more drowsy, making you fall asleep and dehydrate.

• Include foods good for heart health, like omega 3-fatty acids
• Cook food with low-fat cooking oils like soybean, olive, canola, and coconut oil. 
• Eat a healthy diet, including many fluids in your daily routine, vegetables, proteins and low-fat foods. It will reduce the risk of heart disease and help maintain a healthy weight.
