Cardace am 2.5 Tablet is used for the following:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

Cardace am 2.5 Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Amlodipine (5 mg): This ingredient blocks calcium channels in your blood vessels. By doing so, it causes the blood vessels to relax and widen. This reduction in resistance makes it easier for your heart to pump blood, which in turn lowers your blood pressure.

• Ramipril (2.5 mg): Ramipril works by inhibiting an enzyme known as the angiotensin-converting enzyme. This enzyme is responsible for converting angiotensin I into angiotensin II, a chemical that narrows blood vessels and increases blood pressure.
