Cardivas CR 20 Tablet is used for the following:

• Managing mild to severe chronic heart failure of ischemic or cardiomyopathic origin.

• Reducing cardiovascular mortality in clinically stable patients who have survived the acute phase of a myocardial infarction and have a left ventricular ejection fraction of ≤ 40%.

• Controlling essential hypertension, either as a standalone therapy or combined with other blood pressure medicines.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Never crush, chew, or divide it.

• Make sure you don't exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.

• Don't stop taking this medicine abruptly. If you need to stop, consult your doctor about tapering the dose gradually.

Cardivas CR 20 Tablet is taken orally.
