Cetrizine Syrup is an antihistamine used to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis (runny nose, sneezing, itchy eyes, and throat) caused by seasonal or year-round allergies. It is also effective in treating chronic idiopathic urticaria, reducing hives, redness, and itching of the skin. Additionally, Cetrizine Syrup helps relieve itching, swelling, and redness from insect bites and other allergic reactions.

Here's how to give your child Cetrizine Syrup:

• Use a proper millilitre measuring device to ensure accurate dosage.
• Remember to shake the bottle well before each use.
• This medicine is sugar-based and needs caution for use in diabetic patients. If your child has diabetes, consult your doctor before giving them this syrup.
• Always keep the bottle securely capped after use.

Cetrizine Syrup is given orally.

Cetrizine Syrup contains cetirizine hydrochloride (5 mg) which works on your child's body in the following ways:
