Ciplactin Tablet may interact with the following interactions:

• Antidepressants such as fluoxetine, when taken with this tablet can make the side effects of this tablet stronger and last longer. 
• Antianxiety medications such as clonazepam, when taken with this tablet can make the side effects of this tablet stronger and last longer. 
• Opioid medications for pain, such as fentanyl. The effects of this tablet can increase when used with these medications. 
• Sedatives such as diazepam. The effects of this tablet can increase when used with these medications.

Ciplactin Tablet has an atropine-like action and, therefore, should be used with caution in patients with:

• Asthma: This tablet may cause respiratory depression or exacerbate symptoms in children with asthma. 
• Glaucoma (increased eye pressure): This medication can lead to increased intraocular pressure, potentially worsening the condition in children with glaucoma. 
• Ulcers: This tablet may cause anticholinergic effects, potentially affecting gastrointestinal motility. Caution is needed in children with ulcers or other gastrointestinal issues.
• Heart Disease: This tablet may cause cardiovascular side effects, so caution is advised in children with pre-existing heart conditions. 
• Hypertension: This medication may have hypertensive effects, and children with hypertension should use this tablet cautiously. Blood pressure monitoring is recommended.
• Seizures: This tablet may lower the seizure threshold, potentially increasing the risk of seizures. Children with a history of seizures should be closely monitored.
