Ciplar-LA 20 Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure, heart rhythm disorders, and angina. It is also effective in preventing migraines and reducing anxiety-related physical symptoms like tremors and rapid heartbeat. This medicine supports better heart function and overall cardiovascular stability.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Do not chew, crush or break the tablet.

Ciplar-LA 20 Tablet contains Propranolol Hydrochloride (20 mg), which acts on the body in the following ways:
