Cipzen-D Tablet is used for short-term management of acute pain and inflammation.

Uses of Cipzen-D Tablet are:

• Pain and Inflammation Relief: Reduces pain, redness, and tissue swelling following trauma, sprains, or surgery.
• Musculoskeletal Recovery: Eases discomfort in bone and joint injuries, facilitating rehabilitation.

• Swallow the Cipzen D Tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush or chew the tablet, as this may affect the way the medication is absorbed in the body.
• Take the tablet at fixed times each day to maintain a consistent level of medication. 
• Do not change your dosage of Cipzen D Tablet or take them more often than prescribed.

• Cipzen D Tablets should be administered orally.

• Diclofenac, an active ingredient in Cipzen D Tablet, is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits the production of certain chemicals in the body called prostaglandins. Prostaglandins are responsible for inflammation, pain, and fever. Diclofenac helps reduce pain, inflammation, and swelling by blocking their production.
• Serratiopeptidase, another active ingredient in Cipzen D Tablet, is an enzyme derived from the bacteria serratia marcescens. It acts as a proteolytic enzyme, which helps break down proteins at the injury site and clears the debris. Serratiopeptidase has anti-inflammatory properties and can help reduce swelling by breaking down proteins that contribute to tissue inflammation. It is safer and more efficient than conventional NSAIDs, and works synergistically with them.

• Store this medicine at a temperature below 30 ºC.
• Protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep Cipzen D Tablet away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Drink adequate water throughout the day to keep your body hydrated. Hydration is important for overall health and can help maintain joint health and reduce muscle stiffness.
• Follow a balanced diet that includes a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. A well-nourished body can better support healing and provide essential nutrients for tissue repair.
• Include foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, such as fatty fish, walnuts, flaxseeds, and chia seeds. Omega-3 fatty acids have anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce pain and inflammation.
• Reduce the consumption of processed foods, refined sugars, saturated fats, and foods high in trans fats. These foods can promote inflammation in the body and worsen pain.
• Excess weight can put a strain on joints and exacerbate pain. Aim to maintain a healthy weight through a balanced diet and regular exercise.
• Maintain a good body posture and body mechanics when performing daily activities. Use proper lifting techniques, maintain good posture while sitting and standing, and avoid repetitive motions that can strain muscles and joints.
• Ensure you are getting enough restful sleep. Establish a regular sleep schedule and create a sleep-friendly environment to promote better sleep quality. Good sleep helps with pain management and supports healing.

• Cipzen D Tablet should not be used for 8 to 12 days after Mifepristone administration, a medication used for abortions.
• This medicine may impair female fertility and is not recommended in women attempting to conceive.
• Cipzen D Tablet should be used for the shortest duration to control symptoms.
• Do not pass this medication on to others with similar symptoms. It may harm them.
