Clamp-625 Tablet is used to treat various bacterial infections, including ear infections, sinusitis, throat infections (like pharyngitis and tonsillitis), lung infections (such as pneumonia and bronchitis), urinary tract infections (UTIs), skin infections (like cellulitis and impetigo), joint and bone infections (such as osteomyelitis and septic arthritis), and dental abscesses. It works by inhibiting bacterial growth, providing relief from symptoms and supporting infection control.

To use Clamp-625 Tablet correctly, follow these steps:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• You can take the medicine with or without food. However, taking it with a meal may decrease the risk of stomach upset.
• Remember to take the doses at evenly spaced intervals as instructed by your doctor.
• Always ensure you complete the full prescribed course, even if symptoms improve before the medication is finished. This helps prevent a relapse of the infection.

Clamp-625 Tablet consists of two active ingredients:

• Amoxicillin (500 mg): This member of the penicillin group of antibiotics aids in controlling bacterial infections by restricting the growth of bacteria. It does so by inhibiting the synthesis of bacterial cell walls which eventually leads to cell death.
• Potassium clavulanate (125 mg): This beta-lactamase inhibitor plays a supporting role in enhancing amoxicillin's effectiveness. It combats certain bacteria capable of producing beta-lactamase enzymes that can break down amoxicillin. Thus, it prevents antibiotic resistance by these bacteria.

• Store Clamp-625 Tablet at room temperature, ideally below 25°C.
• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, and heat.
• Ensure the container is tightly closed when not in use.
• Keep it out of reach of children.
• Use the medication before its expiration date.
