CompositionCLINSOL CAPSULE 10 is used to treat serious bacterial infections of the skin, lungs, abdomen, and female reproductive system. It is also used for dental infections and bone and joint infections where other antibiotics may not reach effectively.
It contains clindamycin, a lincosamide antibiotic. It works by stopping bacteria making essential proteins, which halts their growth, and it is particularly effective against anaerobic bacteria in deep tissue.
Take the capsule with a full glass of water to prevent throat or food-pipe irritation, as prescribed by your doctor. Complete the full course to help prevent resistance.
Tell your doctor if you develop severe or persistent loose motions during or after treatment.
