Cof Q Tablet 10

Cof Q Tablet is used in treatment of common cold symptoms and seasonal allergies like:

• Runny nose
• Watery eyes
• Sneezing
• Congestion
• Stuffiness
• Fever
• Wet Cough

• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and duration of this medicine.
• Take it all in at once.
• It should not be chewed, crushed, or broken.
• Cof Q Tablet can be taken with food, however it is best if you take it at the same time every day.

Cof Q Tablet is taken orally.

Cof Q Tablet contains Bromhexine (8 Mg), Chlorpheniramine Maleate (2 Mg), Guaifenesin (100 Mg), Phenylephrine (10 Mg), and Paracetamol (325 Mg).

• Mucus (phlegm) is removed from the airways with the use of bromhexine and guaifenesin.
• Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic that improves allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes.
• Phenylephrine is a decongestant that works by narrowing the tiny blood vessels in the nose to relieve congestion and stuffiness.
• Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer) that reduces fever caused by a cold by blocking the release of particular chemical messengers.

• Store Cof Q Tablet below 30 ºC.
• Protect Cof Q Tablet from light and moisture.
• Keep the tablet away from children.
• Do not use the tablet beyond the expiration date printed on the label.
