Cofsils Cough Syrup contains the following components:

• Diphenhydramine hydrochloride (14.08 mg): Diphenhydramine hydrochloride is an antihistamine that works as an antiallergic and antitussive. It operates by competing with histamine for cell receptor sites on effector cells.
• Ammonium chloride (138 mg): Ammonium chloride acts as an expectorant by irritating mucous membranes, contributing to the relief of cough symptoms.
• Sodium citrate (57.03 mg): Sodium citrate acts as an expectorant by relieving congestion and facilitating easier expectoration through coughing.

• Cofsils Cough Syrup should be stored at room temperature, below 30°C.
