Coligyl Dry Syrup 30ml

Coligyl Dry Syrup is used for managing the following health conditions in children:

• Managing infections caused by bacteria resistant to other antibiotics.

• Managing severe or life-threatening infections, where other antibiotics are not effective.

• Controlling lung infection in children with cystic fibrosis.

Ensure you give Coligyl Dry Syrup to your child as follows:

• Mix the dry powder with water as per the instructions on the bottle to prepare the syrup.

• Use the provided measuring cup or spoon to pour out the correct dose of syrup.

• Do not let your child chew or swallow the syrup; it should be drunk right away.

• Keep the bottle well-capped and store it in a cool, dry place after use.

• This medicine is sugar-based and needs caution for use in diabetic patients. If your child has diabetes, consult your doctor before giving them this medicine.

Coligyl Dry Syrup contains colistin (12.5 mg), which works in the following ways:
