Colihenz P 400 Tablet is used to treat cognitive impairment following a stroke or brain injury. It works to protect brain cells, improve memory, and enhance mental alertness during the rehabilitation process.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

Colihenz P400 tablet consists of the following two components:

• Citicoline (500 mg): This substance plays a vital role in the formation of phosphatidylcholine, a key component of cell membranes.
