Colospa Tablet is used to relieve symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome by relaxing intestinal muscles and easing spasms. It is also used to manage stomach cramps, bloating, mucous colitis, spastic colitis, and spastic constipation by improving bowel movements and reducing abdominal discomfort.

To use Colospa 135 mg Tablet, follow these simple steps:

• Take the tablet as prescribed by your doctor.
• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water; do not crush or chew it.
• Take it 20 minutes before meals to avoid stomach discomfort.

The active ingredient in Colospa 135 mg Tablet is mebeverine, an antispasmodic medication that helps with muscle spasms in the gut.

• Mebeverine acts by blocking calcium channels found in the muscle cells of intestinal walls, thereby preventing excessive contractions.
