Combimist-L Respules can be used for managing the following conditions:

• Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) including chronic bronchitis and emphysema

• Asthma, to relieve bronchospasm and improve breathing

• Other respirational conditions causing wheezing and shortness of breath as determined by a doctor

Combimist-L Respules are administered via a nebuliser. Here is how you can use them:

• Twist open the respule carefully and squeeze its contents into the nebuliser chamber.

• Connect the mouthpiece or mask to the nebuliser.

• Sit up straight, put the mouthpiece into your mouth or place the mask over your nose and mouth.

• Breathe normally through your mouth until all the medication is inhaled, which usually takes between 5 to 15 minutes.

• Rinse your mouth with water after each use to prevent dryness.

Combimist-L Respules is administered via a nebuliser.

Combimist-L Respules comprises two active ingredients:

• Levosalbutamol (1.25 mg): Also known as levalbuterol, this short-acting beta-2 agonist stimulates the beta-2 receptors in the lungs, causing the smooth muscles around the airways to relax and dilate. This action allows for easier airflow and improved breathing.

• Ipratropium (0.5 mg): As an anticholinergic, ipratropium works by blocking the action of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that causes the airways to constrict. By preventing this constriction, it helps to keep the airways open.

• Store Combimist-L Respules in their original foil pouch.

• Maintain a storage temperature below 25°C.
