CompositionCoversyl Plus Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure in adults when a single medicine is not enough. Controlling blood pressure lowers the long-term risk of heart attack, stroke and kidney problems.
It contains perindopril, an ACE inhibitor that relaxes the blood vessels, and indapamide, a diuretic that helps the body remove excess salt and water.
Take it in the morning as prescribed, ideally before food.
Do not use it in pregnancy. Tell your doctor about any kidney problems, high or low body salts, or previous swelling of the face or throat before use. A persistent dry cough can occur, so tell your doctor, and your body salts and kidney function are monitored.
